The grapes for this wine were grown on our own Gentleman Farmer Vineyard. Acidity expressed as citrus notes combines with stone fruit flavours to result in a clean, crisp wine. 185 cases were produced.

After full cluster pressing and low temperature fermentation, this estate wine was aged for ten months; 20% in new French oak barrels with the balance in stainless steel. Our Chardonnay shows hints of apricot and other cool climate orchard fruits. 250 cases were produced.

This wine was aged in 100% French oak. It is a brightly coloured, medium bodied wine consistent with its cool climate origins. Our 2010 was ranked as the top pinot noir in Canada at the 2012 Canadian Wine Awards and the 2011 is in exactly the same style. 610 cases were produced.

This merlot based Bordeaux blend was aged in 100% French oak for 18 months. Its ripe fruit flavours and soft tannins make it accessible now while maintaining the ability to age. 375 cases were produced

Our flagship Bordeaux blend is made up of 48% cabernet sauvignon, 48% merlot and 4% cabernet franc. This structured and balanced wine was aged for 18 months in 55% new French oak to develop its strength and aging potential. 265 cases and 48 magnums were bottled.
